Christmas Lights in Roseville CA
It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas, including decorations and Christmas lights in Roseville CA going up everywhere! I went walking around the block with one of my grandkids yesterday and we had fun oooohing and aaaahing at the ones already decorating his neighborhood full of two story homes.
Many neighbors in one of our single story 55+ retirement communities in Roseville CA are also busy decorating in and out, including my favorite house with gorgeous lights inside that we can see and enjoy outside – and they are sooooo lovely!
Another family favorite at this time of year are the humoungously cool Christmas lights in Roseville CA at Bayside Church, Adventure Campus at 6401 Stanford Ranch Rd, Roseville, CA 95678. They are open this year from December 2 – December 31, 2019 from 6pm – 9:30pm. You can enjoy a MILE of spectacular lights! It’s so popular, though, that you need to get their FREE tickets to help with the traffic flow! They’re easy to get online! And yes, my kids and grandkids already have their tickets and can’t wait to see them!
MORE Christmas lights in Roseville CA
Looking for more resources to find lovely Christmas lights in Roseville CA? Check these out:
- CaliforniaChristmasLights.com has long been a resource I appreciate for this. This year, they seem to be having some issues they are working on on. However they had four listed already including some of my old faves on it +. So definitely worth checking out.
- ZOWIE – Macaroni Kids Roseville Rocklin Lincoln has a GREAT list of Christmas lights in Roseville CA and the surrounding Sacramento Valley Area. She’s been collecting these addresses for years and each year she goes through to confirm they are doing it again – so watch for the asterisks to see the confirmed ones. 🙂 She’s such a GRAND resource for so many fun things to do in Roseville CA!
- The Sacramento Bee also has a great list of Christmas lights.
- Roseville Press Tribune has a list of lights in Roseville, Rocklin, Lincoln, and Loomis. They are free and one spot I know that has them is right in front of the post office on Vernon, across from the City Hall.
- Food for thought – You might like to take some canned goods, etc. to share with some of these gorgeous homes that so willingly share their beauty (and their electricity) to bring extra joy to the season AND who may be collecting them to share with the needy – like the always beautiful Hillsford Court Christmas Lights Show. 🙂

Christmas Eve Services
When I was younger, Christmas Eve services were usually only offered by our local Catholic Church (and they do, indeed, still offer them) as well as one protestant Church that I enjoyed visiting each Christmas. Nowadays, many other churches, including non demonational churches, in Roseville CA offer these special treats each year. They are very popular, indeed. In fact, Christmas Eve services in our Roseville area often happen on Christmas Eve itself. But they may also happen on other days during the two-three weeks before Christmas, due to so many people wanting to attend. A wonderful “problem” to have, indeed! Here are some of the options available at churches my family and friends attend, to give you an idea of what’s available. 🙂
Bayside Church Granite Bay celebrates Christmas with our community in a variety of ways including their Experience Christmas Celebrations. If I recall correctly, these started as the Christmas Eve services. As more and more people wanted to join in the celebration, they added more and more services and more and more special music and activities and now it starts December 17 – December 24.
Christmas Eve Church Service Options
In addition, all the Bayside campuses have more traditional Christmas Eve service options on the actual day of Christmas Eve (tho some may have them on earlier days as well.) You can find full details by going to BaysideOnline.com/Christmas, then select “Christmas at Your Location” at the top of the page, then click the location you are interested in. For example, Bayside Church Blue Oaks will have Christmas Eve services on Christmas Eve at 1:30pm and 4pm AS WELL AS at their regular Saturday 5pm and Sunday 9:15am and 11:15am services on December 21 and 22, 2019.
Even More Christmas Eve Services
Centerpoint Church service times for their Christmas Eve Services on December 24, 2019: There will be a contemporary service at 5:00 PM in the Family Life Center as well as classic services at 7:00pm, 8:30pm, and 10:00pm in the Worship Center at 515 Sunrise Ave, Roseville, CA 95661.
Destiny Church Rocklin – Christmas Eve services on Monday, December 23rd at 7pm, or Tuesday, December 24th at 4pm or 6pm at 6900 Destiny Drive, Rocklin, CA 95677.
Bridgeway Church Roseville – Christmas Eve services on Monday, December 23 and 24 – I believe the times are at 4pm and 6pm Monday and Tuesday, at 2pm, 4pm, and 6pm at 8150 Industrial Avenue, Roseville CA 95678 – But you might want to doublecheck at (916) 408-6560
