Great Drought News and Fun Things to Do in Roseville CA and the Surrounding Area

Thank you for sharing...

Great Drought News!

Hello and Happy March! And yes, I am happy indeed – no rain for the first three days of the month. BUT that quickly changed and we have had quite a bit of rain this morning. And now it’s back to blue skies with cloudy ones hovering and I hear there is even more rain coming our way in the Roseville CA news forecast. However, we have all appreciated these bits of breaks from the rain, giving us time for all the fun things to do in Roseville CA and surrounding area that are on our To Do Lists (like my grocery shopping this week ๐Ÿ˜Š).

Interestingly, I’m hearing it’s not just Northern CA – the south is getting plenty too. AND that makes many of us thrilled as we also see the great changes to our latest drought statistics for California! Per the Sacramento Bee, “For the first time in roughly three years, most of California is drought free.”ย  GREAT NEWS INDEED!ย  Checkout the NOAA latest North American Drought Monitor maps – for US – current and January, and for California – current – just released and posted this week! ๐Ÿ˜€ SO much more white and yellow – hooray! Of course, the rain is also great for all the lovely flowers popping up everywhere like the lovely tulip tree I spotted while showing homes this weekend in Sun City Lincoln! ๐Ÿ˜Š
