Interesting Changes May Be Coming In Roseville Area
COMING SOON per The Fountains: Rose Park Bistro – an American bistro that features fresh seasonal ingredients. As a result the menu will change about every two months. I doubt we’ll get bored with them! 😀 Keep an eye out for more news about them on the Fountains Facebook page.
COMING SOON (relatively speaking) This Wednesday, 3/15/23, Roseville City Council will be voting on a $45.9 million contract with Bothman Construction, regarding the planned Roseville Soccer Complex. The complex is scheduled to start construction this summer. The plans are that it should then be completed by the end of 2025. It will be on West Roseville land between Westbrook Blvd. and the city’s wastewater treatment plant. The complex will also provide an accessible playground, off-street parking, and more. They hope to see 12-15 tournaments a year there and plan to have lighting as well as all-weather turf.
COMING EVENTUALLY There is talk of another senior living community – in buildings as tall as six stories – that may be built at 6000 Baseline Road (which looks to be West of Westbrook and North of Baseline, run by Erickson Senior Living. It would include independent living options, assisted living, and skilled nursing. It appears there may be 18 different buildings in varying heights. This is planned to be a continuing care community where you pay a large entrance fee as well as monthly care fees. It does sound interesting and should certainly boost Roseville’s existing excellent reputation for being a great city to retire in even higher.
