After MONTHS of seeing “WHEN is 24 Hour Fitness opening in West Roseville,” I’m here to tell you, THEY ARE OPEN – at 1533 Blue Oaks Blvd! Their phone number is (279) 399-7106. 😊 For those who love to work out but don’t live in an HOA that provides equipment (like all the 55 senior retirement communities I visit regularly with many of my real estate clients), this can be a great option. And sadly, (since I know several people were hoping against hope for this) they do NOT have a pool at this location, though I understand they do at others including Sunrise in Roseville CA. And they DO have a small (spa-sized) “cold plunge” which is 50 degrees along with a sauna and a spa. Here is a video I spotted in YouTube to give you an idea of what other equipment is available.
NEW SHOPPING, EATING, AND GAS STATION COMING TO LINCOLN CA
There is a new retail project – Ferrari Pavilion – that is slated to come to Lincoln California though no solid dates yet. Some of the possibles that may be coming to this project could include Starbucks, The Grocery Outlet, Quick Quack Car Wash, and more. It will be interesting to watch this development.
A COOL SHIP (and more) MODEL STORE RIGHT HERE IN OLD ROSEVILLE
My husband used to love model trains. His favorites were the HO. One of my uncles was as enthused about it as he and they enjoyed fun chats about them. If he could see this intriguing new store – Yestr Toys – I suspect he would have already visited it, since it is right here in Roseville CA and it is located on the second floor of the Roseville Train Station! Tho you don’t have to visit it – as they are also online! AND they don’t JUST make trains. They make trains, boats, planes, figurines, and MORE! As they say, “Making your family happy is our top priority. We are focused on creating high quality models that will become generational keepsakes. With modern additive manufacturing, any shape you can imagine can be made!” VERY interesting!

Talk about a win-win! SNAP is a vital program that helps to reduce poverty and food insecurity while stimulating economic growth. It is a great benefit for all ages including boomers and seniors! (In 2020, 30% of the assistance went to boomers and seniors on lower incomes in California.) PLUS it helps the local farmers working a/supplying local farmers’ markets in the area.
