“This Sacramento suburb is one of the happiest places in America,” writes the Sacramento Bee.
According to Smart Asset‘s article on a University of Pennsylvania study – Where Americans Are Happiest – 2022 Study, Roseville was in the “top 10 California cities out of 200 (Number 7 to be exact) that had lower percentages of people living in poverty, higher marriage rates and lower violent crime rates” which they believe leads to happier residents – and I for one am VERY happy here. — (THANK YOU TO OUR ROSEVILLE POLICE DEPT where they all work so hard to help ensure that!)

Galpão Gaucho – Brazilian Steakhouse – Roseville
“Get ready to eat your weight in meat! Brazilian steakhouse Galpão Gaucho is opening at the Galleria in Roseville” in early 2023. It’s an “all you can eat” restaurant. Yummy! ABC10.com reports that “Gauchos with skewers come to your table and cut you off a slab of whatever they have, including various cuts of beef, pork, seafood and even pineapple, until you make them stop. ” (ABC10.com KXTV)
I had personally never heard of a Brazilian steakhouse so I did some searching on YouTube and found several videos recording various visits to this delicious looking restaurant at their Las Vegas location. Here’s one that really did a good job of describing the various flavors – it’s long, 30 minutes, but you get the picture pretty quick if you don’t want to watch it all. I have to say – it looks delish! And based on the the 3 videos I watched, it really IS delish!
